Terms and Conditions

Scope of work

We provide road transportation services between UAE and KSA, as well as GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates) as well as other locations upon request.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipment information, complete shipment documents in all aspects, ensuring proper secure packaging and paying for the services rendered.

Payment

Payment is due from the date of invoice and within the specified timeframe as per local law of Dubai. A grace period of one week is also offered to regular clients.

Late Payment Fee

Late payment may incur interest charges . However, prior information along with valid reasons may be accepted by the company.

Contract

The Company offers contract agreement with the reputed companies on concessional pricing specifically designed for our regular clients.

Termination

Either party may terminate the contract agreement with prior written notice of thirty days. However, the clearance of all outstanding dues is a pre-requisite for termination of the contract.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are normally resolved through negotiation or mediation between both the contractual parties or as per clauses of the contract.

What areas do you operate in?

We provide transportation services between UAE and KSA, as well as GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates) as well as other locations upon request.

What types of goods can you transport?

We handle a wide range of goods, including general cargo, perishable items, raw material and oversized freight. Please contact us for specific requirements.

Do you provide international transportation?

Yes, we specialize in cross-border transportation between countries like Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar.

What are your operating hours?

Our services are available 24/7 to meet your transportation needs.

PRICING & PAYMENTS QUESTIONS

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on the type of cargo, distance, and any additional services required. Contact us with your cargo details for a quote. Special discount is offered to our regular clients. 

The pricing of “idle time/ waiting time” at the entry/exit point of border due to any unavoidable circumstances, will be determined with the client on the number of days spent at the border and shipment to shipment basis.

Do you offer discounts for bulk shipments?

Yes, we offer discounts for large or recurring shipments. Please contact our sales team on What’s App, phone and e-mail for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through bank transfers, cash and credit cards.

Are there any hidden charges?

No, we provide transparent pricing. Any additional charges will be communicated upfront.

BOOKING & SHIPMENT QUESTIONS

How do I book a shipment?

You can book a shipment by contacting us via What’s App, phone and email.

How far in advance should I book?

 We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance to ensure availability.

Can I track my shipment?

No. However, we are working to add tracking facility.

What documents are required for transportation?

 Typical documents include a bill of lading, invoice, packing list, and any necessary permits for          cross-border shipments. Any other documents required for any specific material, shipment, equipment or chemical will be either communicated directly with the client or through the quote.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made two days in advance will incur no charges. Late cancellations may be subject to a minor fee.

SAFETY & INSURANCE QUESTIONS

Is my cargo insured?

 No. However, we are working to add cargo insurance in the near future.

How do you ensure the safety of the cargo?

We use modern vehicles, experienced drivers, and ensure that appropriate packaging of the shipment is done by the client to ensure their cargo safety. If any inappropriate packaging is observed by our drivers, the same will be communicated to the client before proceeding of the shipment.

What happens if my cargo is damaged during transit?

 It rarely happens. However, in the rare event of damage, please contact us immediately for any possible assistance.

VEHICLES AND DRIVERS QUESTIONS

What types of vehicles do you use?

Our fleet of includes Volvo trucks, box trailers, side curtain trailers and flat bed trailers to accommodate various cargo needs.

Are your drivers experienced?

Yes, all our drivers are highly trained and experienced in handling different types of cargo.

Do your vehicles comply with environmental regulations?

 Yes, our vehicles are regularly maintained and comply with all environmental and safety regulations.

CUSTOM SERVICES QUESTIONS

Do you provide custom logistics solutions?

 Yes, we offer tailored solutions to meet unique transportation and logistics requirements. Please share your specific needs for any shipment at the time of booking.

Can you handle urgent or same-day deliveries?

 Yes, we offer expedited services for urgent shipments in the UAE only.

Do you provide packing and loading services?

No.

Can I schedule regular shipments with your company?

Absolutely. We can create a schedule for regular and recurring shipments. A discount, mutually agreed upon, will be offered to our regular clients.
